Extra virgin olive oil
Produced in Seravezza (LU) from the olive grove “San Cristoforo” present since 1600.
Altitude: 10 meters above sea level with a yield of 12 lt for 1ql olives..
Harvest: totally manual harvest in the second week of November.
Extraction: cold.

TASTING NOTES

Clear, emerald green, shiny. Nose is fruit, gives off the scent typical of fresh olives. In the mouth the taste is characterized by hints of artichoke and tomato. Spicy, fruity.
Serving suggestions: bruschetta, seafood, steak, fresh vegetables, borlotti beans.

CURIOSITY

Production: about 1000 bottles of 0.5 liters.
Enters the market in March of the year following the pressing.
Longevity: 18 months.
