IGP Costa Syrah
Harvested in the first week of September in the town of Seravezza (LU).
Vineyards: “La COsta” (2006).
Exposure: South-Ovest/ North-­West.
Altitude: 240 meters above sea level.
System: Guyot.
Winemaking: after harvesting and manual selection on the counter of the best grapes, soft pressing, fermentation and aging in french oaks.

TASTING NOTES

Raspberry and spices, energetic mouth and
gritty, fine and velvety tannins they make a Syrah of absolute level.
Serving suggestions: Tordelli versiliesi, soup of black cabbage, rostinciana in
wet with potatoes from Alta Versilia, rabbit, boiled meat with sauces..
Serving temperature: 16 – 18 °C
